Welcome to NAQSH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.naqshofficial.shop and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Company Information

NAQSH is operated by [Commerce Crate LLC], a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. Inventory is held and orders are fulfilled from our facility in Charlotte, North Carolina.

2. Products and Handmade Variation

All NAQSH pieces are handcrafted from natural stone by artisans. Because each piece is made by hand:

  • Variations in color, shade, pattern, texture, and edge finish are inherent to the material and process, and are considered natural characteristics—not defects.
  • Product photography is representative of the design and style, but the exact piece you receive may differ slightly from the image shown.
  • Minor variations in weight and dimensions (within normal tolerance for handmade stonework) may occur between listed specifications and the item received.

These characteristics do not qualify a piece for return as "defective" under Section 5 below.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure checkout provider. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Shipping

    NAQSH orders are dispatched from our fulfillment location in North Carolina, USA.

    Shipping charges

    Shipping costs vary depending on the artwork’s packaged size and weight, delivery address and selected shipping service. Charges may differ across states and ZIP codes, including remote locations. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment

    5. Returns and Refunds

    • You may return an item within 3 days of delivery.
    • To be eligible for return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Given the weight of many pieces, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method—NAQSH is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
    • Items damaged in transit (per Section 4) are handled as replacements or refunds at our discretion and are not subject to the customer-paid return shipping above—that process applies specifically to transit damage claims, not general returns.
    • Natural variation as described in Section 2 is not grounds for return.

    6. Order Cancellations

    Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the Returns policy above.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on this Site including but not limited to photographs, product designs, text, logos, and the NAQSH name and mark is the property of NAQSH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAQSH's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. NAQSH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to walls, surfaces, or property arising from the installation or hanging of any product. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring products are mounted using hardware and methods appropriate for the item's weight.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your state of residence.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
